We want to reward you for your purchases with us so we have started a loyalty program - once you have reached combined purchases of $200 you will receive a $15 credit off your next purchase.

 

Thank you for your interest in our VIP Loyalty Programme.  Below are our terms and conditions, when you have read and are happy to accept these conditions please click the link at the bottom of this page to send an email to register.   We also require a small amount of information in order to keep a record of your sales, this information will not be passed onto anyone else.

Once we have received your details and acceptance of our terms and conditions we will reply via email with your VIP Loyalty Programme  number, if you do not receive an email from us please contact us as their may be an issue with sending/receiving emails.  This number will link to your trademe name and or email address for online customers, in store customers will receive a card which will need to be presented when making your purchases.  When purchasing online you will need to quote your program number each time you win an auction through Trademe or purchase via our website

 

Terms & Conditions

• Credit not transferable or redeemable for cash

• Combined purchases (excluding freight) to the value of a minimum of $5.00 per purchase (incl gst)  from Trademe, our website or in store . 

• Qualifying purchases do not include  $1 reserve auctions, discounted or sale items

• Refund and returned goods will be deducted from total purchases

• Credit is redeemable within 6 months of date of issue, you will be sent an email confirming when your $15 credit is available (for online purchases)

• Credit is applicable to orders $15 or more incl gst, excluding freight and must be taken in one purchase, not able to be split between purchases.  No change or credit will be given for purchases valued at less than $15.00

• Loyalty points start from the date you sign up, previous orders are not  included.  We are unable to backdate your loyalty points to cover previous orders

• Mosaic Warehouse is not responsible for errors resulting from computer errors or failure

• In case of dispute, the decision of Mosaic Warehouse Limited is final

•  Mosaic Warehouse  may suspend or terminate a customers loyalty programme and have no liability to said customer.
