Faulty or Damaged Goods
Returns for faulty goods are covered by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 which guarantees that any goods purchased for personal use may be returned, if they are considered faulty, for replacement, or refund of purchase price if we are unable to offer a replacement, within a reasonable period of time as defined by Act.
If goods are damaged in transit we will arrange for replacement and collection of these items. We may request a digital photo of damage before sending you replacements.
Returns
We will accept most returns of incorrectly ordered items for a store credit or replacement items (shipping costs are not refundable) if returned within 30 days of the item being shipped, subject to the items arriving to our warehouse undamaged, in their original product packaging if any, and in resalable condition, shipping for the return is at buyers expense. We are happy to exchange incorrect items, shipping for the return and sending of replacement items are at buyers expense.
If an item is unwanted it is at our discretion if we will accept a return, we do not offer a refund but may offer a swap for other product or store credit. Shipping for the return and sending of replacement items are at buyers expense.
Backorders
If we are out of stock of an item you have ordered we will back order it and advise you via email, otherwise if you do not wish to back order the item we will refund you.
